FAQ
It is best to send us a cover letter and CV in PDF format. This will give us a good first impression of you. In the application form you will find a list of the additional information that is relevant for us in advance. Everything else will follow after consultation or a personal interview.
No, there are no fixed application periods or deadlines. You can apply to us throughout the year. The earlier you get in touch with us, the better your chances of getting the apprenticeship you want. However, depending on which year or when you apply, there may be different training opportunities.
1. first send us an application via the application form or by e-mail. You will receive feedback on your application within 14 days at the latest.
2. Next, we will invite you to a personal interview to get to know each other and clarify any further organizational questions.
3. if you wish, you can do a trial day with us to get a better overview of the company and our work.
4. feel free to contact us (via e-mail, telephone or Instagram) if you still have any questions. If both sides are convinced and all questions have been clarified, nothing stands in the way of your apprenticeship at SCHÜTTE!

If the department in which you work allows it, you can start work flexibly between 7:00 and 8:30 am. However, if you are training to become a warehouse logistics specialist, you must be present at your workplace from 7:00 am. You are entitled to 30 days' vacation within a year for a traditional 40-hour week.
Once you have successfully completed your apprenticeship, we guarantee you an offer of employment. In addition, we offer you in-house training to develop your individual skills.

Yes, the probationary period during training is 4 months.
We do not have a dress code. Wear appropriate clothing for your work in which you feel comfortable. If necessary for your work, we will provide you with safety equipment such as safety shoes. We also offer uniforms for our employees.
There are various rooms where you can take a break and enjoy your meal in peace. An integrated kitchen gives you the opportunity to store your food chilled, heat it up or prepare it fresh. We also offer free fruit and a coffee counter.
